PEOPLE are being invited to take part in a new multi-media living memory' project exploring the past and present of the Greenwich Penninsula. The scheme, called Gasworks to Dome, is being launched tommorow by Independent Photography, a company which runs community and outreach activities.
Recent projects include Imagine East Greenwich, a photography and writing assignment involving housing estates and schools and Between Cultures, an exhibition and workshop programme for young asylum seekers in Woolwich.
People taking part in this new venture will have opportunities for free learning about internet technology and photography.
All those interested are invited to the project's launch at Rothbury Hall, Mauritius Road, East Greenwich, at 6.30pm on October 20. For information call 07886 858183 or visit gasworkstodome.blogspot.com
