LEAKY POOL: Ladywell Leisure Centre, Lewisham High Street, was temporarily closed on Thursday morning after heavy rain caused a leak in the fabric of the training pool's ceiling. The pool fully reopened in the afternoon.

VITAL SERVICE: Eltham MP Clive Efford says introducing a Victoria service on the New Eltham and Mottingham line is "vital to meet growing demand". Mr Efford was speaking during a parliamentary debate last week.
