A CHARITY offering counselling, shelter and help to women who find themselves unexpectedly pregnant has raised more than £500 at a musical evening.
The north west Kent branch of LIFE held the event at St Anselm's Church, West Hill, Dartford.
The charity hopes the funds raised will be matched by the Barclays Bank matched charity fundraising scheme.
Volunteer Phyllis Alford said: "It was a very successful evening. There was a great mixture of acts and we were pleased with the sum raised."
