A FISH salesman is being hunted by police after an indecent assault on a Longfield woman.
The woman, in her 30s, was walking along Main Road at about 3pm when a man drove by in a white Ford Transit van. He stopped the vand and grabbed her from behind, dragging her a short distance.
Although the woman was not hurt, police are investigating an indecent assault.
The van had the words "fresh fish" written along its side and police believe the man may have approached residents in the Longfield area selling fish door-to-door.
The van then drove off towards Meopham. Anyone with information about the assault on July 3, should call police on 01322 283111 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
