MORNING CHATS: Northcourt Family Centre, Dickens Road, Gravesend, is holding weekly drop-in breakfast mornings. The Thursday meetings are from 9am to 11am. HELPING HANDS: Help is at hand for victims of sexual abuse and their families at a Gravesend charity called Family Matters. It offers counselling and therapy to children, adolescents and adults who have suffered from sexual abuse. Training courses are also available. Call the 24 hour helpline on 0808 808 8080.
