The Route of Kings, one of the most popular series of open air concerts, is back and it's bigger and better than ever.

Held in Hyde Park, this year's line-up includes Sting, Tom Jones, The Beach Boys, Andrea Bocelli, Status Quo and the phenomenally successful Lord Of The Dance.

And you can be there courtesy of The Surrey Comet as we have tickets for three of the concerts to give away.

The season begins with the Irish dance show The Lord Of The Dance on Friday, July 20th. This is the first time for three years the show, which was seen by more than two million people during its run in Disneyland, has toured England.

On July 22 two veteran groups will be sharing the Hyde Park stage The Beach Boys and Status Quo.

Between them they have recorded 35 top 10 singles, 32 top 10 albums and have spent 700 weeks in the UK charts. The Beach Boys provided the soundtrack for America of the 1960s with hits including Good Vibrations, Surfing USA, California Girls and God Only Knows. Their distinctive surf guitar and close harmonies has never been bettered.

Three-chord wonders Status Quo need no introduction the three-chord wonders have been having hits since the sixties. Although there are two original members of the band left, Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt, they show no signs of slowing down. Expect To hear all their hits, Rocking All Over The World, Down Down, Caroline, Whatever You Want, and What You're Proposin'.

The world's best known policeman, Sting, will bring the season to a close on with two shows on July 28 and 29.

He first shot to fame in the band The Police with hits such as Don't Stand So Close To Me and Roxanne. As a solo artist he has won both Brit and Grammy Awards for his songwriting.

On both nights he is supported by Nitin Sawhney and guitarist Jeff Beck.

As well as the concerts above, classical singer Andrea Bocelli will be performing on Saturday July 21 and on Thursday July 26 Welsh sex symbol Tom Jones will be recreating all his hits.
