MORE than 400 people turned out to make a Biggin Hill school's summer fun day a great success.

A Question of Sport was the theme at the St James' RC Primary School event in which families competed in sporting categories taking full advantage of the warm weather.

Crowds were able to tuck into hot dogs, burgers and candy floss, enjoy strolling around a variety of stalls and take part in games.

Parent Teacher Association chairman David Reidy said: "Support for this day has always been tremendous, but this year exceeded all expectations. Everyone seemed to have a great afternoon."
