A MAN was remanded in police custody after pleading not guilty to the murder of his estranged wife.
Mr Glenn Richards appeared before Judge Findlay Baker at St Albans Crown Court on Friday, June 29 .
He spoke only to enter his plea.
Mr Richards was arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of Mrs Karen Richards at a house in Dover Way, Croxley Green, shortly before 7pm on Monday, May 7.
Mrs Richards was taken to Watford General Hospital, where she died from her injuries.
Mr Richards, 40, from St Albans, is due to be tried at the court on Monday, December 10.
