Sutton Central Library is running its very own Big Brother competition using books instead of wannabe celebrities.
The prize winning books of 2000, which have won such prizes as the Booker and Ivor Novellos are competing for your votes from now until August 27.
Each week, the book receiving the most nominations from Sutton residents will be evicted from the winners stand until there is just one book left.
One winning voter, whose vote will be drawn at random from all those received, will win a copy of George Orwells 1984.
The display is in the Language and Literature department until August 27.
