The blazing hot weather on Saturday attracted all sorts into St Dunstans Primary, Cheam, for its annual summer fair, which raised almost £4,000 for the schools coffers.
A couple of teachers decided to cool off in the stocks and their pupils were only too happy to pelt them with wet sponges.
The more daring children took on the TA assault course, while many of them came to Anne Boleyns Walk clad in their most colourful gear for the fancy dress competition.
According to headteacher Christine Smythe: It was a real success. There was a large number of people, the atmosphere was bubbly and friendly. It was like a party a lot of people said.
