Bromley Swimming Club sent a five-strong squad to Crawley's 50-metre Aggregate Open gala, when all achieved personal bests.
Kristian Powell (aged 13) came third in backstroke, fourth in butterfly and fifth in freestyle and breaststroke. These excellent combined swims took him to third place overall, while Marc Brockwell was fifth in the breaststroke.
A strong squad then went to Woking for first round of the National Speedo League and finished a fine second.
Newcomer Xavier Mohammed won the 11 and under breaststroke in a new club record, and freestyle,
Other star swims, with several PBs, led to wins for the 11 and under boys medley team; 13 and under girl's medley and freestyle teams; 15 and under boy's medley and freestyle teams.
Individual wins: Kristian Powell (13 and under backstroke and freestyle); Lucy Agnew (15 and under butterfly and freestyle); Steven O'Neill (open backstroke); Chris Green (15 and under freestyle), and Georgina Campbell (13 and under freestyle).
Fine seconds, in a variety of events, were achieved by Felicity Gilmore, Laura Woodhouse, Laura Metcalfe-Wood, Megan Brown, Lucy Gilmore, Holly Trenouth, Elizabeth Farmiloe, Ruth Bettles and Marc Brockwell.
