Kinder London Towers were back to winning ways on Sunday, with a 91-80 success at home to Brighton Bears.
The home side got off to a great start with 15 of the opening 17 points of the game. Bears rallied with a 14-3 second quarter run to reduce the deficit and trail by a recoverable seven points at half-time at 39-32. However, it was Towers who extended their lead in the third quarter - a 7-0 tear giving them a 58-43 advantage, which proved enough to win the game.
Terrell Myers led the way for Towers with 26 points. Jeff Kent and John White both added 21 for the home side, but it was Albert White who led all scorers, bagging 30 points for the bears.
Kinder London Towers are back in Euroleague action tonight (Thursday) with a trip to Germany to take on Opel Skyliners of Frankfurt.
