Police are this week hunting a kidnapper who car-jacked a woman in Selsdon, robbed her and attempted to indecently assault her.
The 27-year-old had parked her car in Addington Road outside the Stag pub on October 1 when a black man with reddish hair jumped into the passenger seat and ordered her to drive at 1.35pm.
He then directed her to a quiet residential street in Tedder Road, Addington, where he robbed her, scratched her face and grabbed her by the hips.
After escaping the ordeal, she told the Guardian: "I was terrified and did not know what to do. I am now trying to put this behind me and get on with things."
The suspect is 6ft 2ins, aged around 27 with reddish-brown hair and wore a royal blue Addidas jacket with a zip up the front and white stripes on the sleeves along with blue jeans.
