l The News Shopper is fighting to have both the teenagers, who are the subject of Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, "named and shamed".

This newspaper believes persistent offenders particularly those subjected to ASBOs because of their previous criminal activities have forfeited their right to remain anonymous.

The News Shopper has already applied to the court FOUR times to have these boys' names made public.

Each application has been refused.

We will continue to campaign for your right to know names of young people whose criminal behaviour causes nuisance, distress, and worse, to their communities.

We will continue to make applications to the courts, each time these two boys are found guilty of an offence. We will also do the same for any other persistent young offender who comes to our attention.

These teenagers were named when they were made the subject of ASBOs so why should they not be named now?

We believe you have the right to know. Now we just have to convince the courts.

We believe YOU have the right to know.

Whatever it takes we WILL print the names of this scourge on society.
