A MINOR road accident on Tolpits Lane in Watford caused delays to early morning rush hour traffic on Tuesday, October 23.
At 8.01am Fire and Rescue, and the ambulance services, were called to the accident scene to cut out a trapped passenger from a burning car. However, on arrival, firefighters found no fire and there appeared to be no injured parties.
