Andrew Pelling, GLA Member for Croydon and Sutton, has criticised the Mayor of London for trying to block the Park Place development in Croydon.
Although the scheme falls outside of the Mayor's planning control powers, Livingstone has written to the government to call for a public enquiry to take place.
