FOOTBALL: Old Rutlishians produced their best performance of the season to win 3-2 at Battersea Ironsides, with Lee Poulter scoring all three.

Steve Nicolas last gasp winner gave Ruts reserves a 2-1 win at Cheam Village Warriors. Richard Hayward got the other.
FOOTBALL: Wimbledon Ladies play Hackney in the London Womens Cup at Kingstonian FC this Sunday (2pm).
