The Rugby Football Union in Twickenham has been selling its balls recently, but before you get the wrong impression, it has all been for good causes.
The oval shaped Gilbert balls were among surplus official England rugby merchandise sold off to raise £3,200 for local charities and hospitals.
Kingston Hospitals cancer unit appeal, West Middlesexs Mulberry Centre and the Starlight Childrens ward each received £1,000.
The Mayor of Richmond, Councillor Eleanor Stanier (right), was on hand at Twickenham to thank the RFU for all its hard work.
