Among other things, Suttons newly re-elected youth MP is calling for free entry to Wescroft Leisure Centre for all youngsters throughout the holidays.
Tackling racism and vandalism in the borough are also among the issues on his youth manifesto.
Seun Garber, 15, was re-elected as Suttons member of the National Youth Parliament last week by his peers.
In his last year in power, the Carshalton Boys School pupil was able to attended the Houses of Parliament with Wallington and Carshalton MP Tom Brake.
As part of his role he is expected to attend a weekly Youth Parliament session and regional meetings with other London youth MPs.
Seun will also represent Sutton in the annual 400-strong National Youth Parliament.
He said: I was really shocked to be picked again but very pleased as I would like to become an MP when Im older.
Just pipped at the post was 16-year-old, St Philomenas pupil Ann-Marie Opara, who was made the new deputy.
