WE should all thank Guy Mitchinson for his Conservative lesson in democracy (Labour's target errors, Citizen, October 31).
Mr Mitchinson decided that next year the electorate:
will reject both the Conservatives and Lib Dems in Little Parndon ward (what about Hare Street?) and
would not return a Labour candidate.
In the name of democracy, he sponsors the Socialist Alliance as a preferred candidate, and I am sure they are very grateful. Conservatives and Lib Dems are advised to stand aside. Sorted!
I just wondered if both the electorate and other political parties may have their own ideas?
Or does he suggest they should be abolished altogether? So much easier.
