MERCHANT Navy students from Gravesend will take part in a Remembrance Day procession in London.
Four students, from North West Kent College, in Dering Way, have been recuited for a commemorative procession which marches into the Royal Albert Hall on November 10.
The following morning, a further six students from the college will join them in the parade at Whitehall's Cenotaph.
Nautical Lecturer Steve Watkins, a former second deck officer with the Merchant Navy before his move to the National Sea Training Centre, at the Dering Way campus, will lead both contingents.
