I WOULD like to thank Paul Clark, Chief Planning Officer and associates for refusing planning permission for a development of 149 houses on the Green Belt, next to the Roding Hospital.
The site forms part of the Roding Valley Green chain which is of nature conservation importance. Our residents association has really worked hard against this problem and against the intrusion of more traffic and pollution it would have made at Roding Lane South and around.
