Sutton and Epsom and Ewell councils have joined forces to carry out a joint review of Nonsuch Park.
The review is hoping to examine funding and management arrangements for the park, the standards of maintenance of the grounds and buildings and public access to and within the park.
The review will also look at the ecology of the area and the part played by ancient and historic buildings within it.
A questionnaire has been launched to gather public opinion, available from local libraries in the two boroughs or on the Sutton Council website at www.sutton.gov.uk.
The review team would also be interested to hear from anyone with particular views about the park.
