The return of Chris Titherley and Rob Kirby to the Twickenham pack restored the sides cohesion and ensured a plentiful supply of ball for new scrum half Andy Rogers, who released his three-quarters for six tries.
If Twickenham can learn to control the penalty count in future, then their running game should ensure a respectable league position come April.
