THE CancerLife forum will be launching a branch this month at Community House in Fore Street, Edmonton.
The forum is being organised to help cancer sufferers and carers from ethnic minority groups, deaf people, people with sight and learning difficulties, and children and families.
It will also help to educate people from these groups about the subject of cancer.
Speakers at the launch will include representatives of Macmillan Cancer Relief and the New Opportunities Fund.
There will also be experts in the fields of complementary medicine and herbal remedies.
The event will take place between 2pm and 5pm next Wednesday at 311 Fore Street.
