I FEEL I must write to agree totally with Angry of Chingford's letter (November 15).
It most certainly does feel and seem that any event or literature produced is targeted towards the southern part of the borough.
Chingford, it seems to me, is obviously thought of by the town hall administrators as a "well to do" area so not in any need of any funding from the council, hence no firework display and presumably, as last year, Christmas decorations that would put Scrooge to shame.
