Unwanted books are not useless it's official.
Books which may have been read at one point or another but are no longer needed can now be sent to Book Aid International.
The charity, based in Camberwell, can take old books off your hands and recycle them by passing them on to third world countries.
But the charity does request that books are less than 10 years old and in very good condition.
