Crystal Palace 2002 will hold the annual Victorian Day, after Bromley Council decided against organising the event.
Archery contests and a Helter Skelter will be among the attractions on July 14 at the Crystal Palace Parade.
Residents are planning to embrace a Victorian theme in their dress.
