WIND speeds could top 50mph tomorrow (April 2), according to the Met Office.
Those looking for a warm and sunny break this weekend will be disappointed by the latest forecast from Biggin Hill weather station.
The mixed outlook shows the best of the weather will be on Easter Sunday when bright spells and temperatures of 8°C are predicted.
However, tomorrow's forecast says temperatures will not creep above 6°C during the day and a southerly gales could reach speeds of 50mph.
Heavy showers are also predicted for tomorrow and Saturday.
Temperatures could rise to 13°C on Monday, but accompanied by yet more rain.
The News Shopper area seems set to escape the blizzards that wreaked havoc across much of Britain yesterday.
