Police this week questioned Barnet millionaire pop producer Steve Jolley after allegations of sex attacks on young boys.
Mr Jolley was quizzed by police who last week arrested Stars in Their Eyes presenter Matthew Kelly and former Bay City Rollers manager Tam Paton.
Officers are looking into an alleged paedophile ring led by pop tycoon Jonathan King, currently serving seven years behind bars for sex attacks on boys.
A statement from Surrey Police said: "Following two arrests last Wednesday January 15 in connection with historic allegations of sexual abuse against boys under the age of 16 years old, a 52-year-old man from Barnet voluntarily attended Guildford police station by appointment this afternoon Wednesday, January 22. He was arrested and interviewed."
Two addresses in Barnet and in Brentwood, Essex, were searched by Surrey police officers in relation to the operation on Wednesday last week. Mr Jolley was questioned and bailed until March 12.
Mr Jolley wrote and produced hits for Spandau Ballet, Diana Ross, Alison Moyet and Kim Wilde in the 1980s.
