ANTIQUE weapons have been handed in to police along with imitation firearms as part of a month-long gun amnesty.
Bromley police say 97 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammunition have been handed in.
None of the guns are believed to have been used in crimes. The nationwide surrender was launched by the Home Office at the beginning of April. The total collected is expected to rise before the amnesty ends today (Wednesday).
