George Bernard Cooper who fled a secure unit on May 23, has been returned to the psychiatric facility in Walthamstow.
The 42-year-old was found at an address in Warwickshire and returned to Abbeydale Court this morning.
Police issued a warning to the public not to approach Cooper because without his medication it was feared he could be dangerous.
