A NORTHWOOD hospital is advising residents to be careful about their exposure to the sun. Consultant dermatologist at Bishops Wood Hospital Doctor Sarah Wakelin is asking people to re-think how much time they spend in the sun and to take a siesta when on holiday or sit in the shade and cover up. A suncreen of at least factor 15 should be applied and re-applied regularly and generally. For more information, visit http://www.sunsmart.org.uk.
