As a leaseholder, I have been telling my neighbours for years who are also leaseholders that we are paying twice for certain things. The council tax includes the upkeep of roads, paths and lighting and so does the service charge, which isn't cheap.
I was really pleased to read the letter printed in the Wimbledon News, Friday May 2.
