New manager Alan Devonshire believes he will bring the good times back to Hampton & Richmond Borough.
The former West Ham and England player takes over a side which won just three Ryman Premier League games last season.
Devonshire, who drops down a division after leaving Maidenhead for the Beveree, said: "Restoring confidence will be key to any turnaround in fortune.
"I imagine morale is at rock bottom after winning only three league games in the whole of last season."
