PEOPLE who spend their time caring for others are getting a little pampering this week.
To celebrate Carers' Week, a host of activities are taking place to enable carers to relax, have fun and pick up useful information about services to make their lives a little easier.
Events include free taster sessions at Erith Sports Centre, Avenue Road, Erith, today from 2pm to 4pm and an information evening tonight at the Carlton Resource Centre, Carlton Road, Sidcup, from 5pm to 8.30pm.
Tomorrow there will be a barbecue at the Crayford Centre, London Road, Crayford, from 6pm to 9pm and an art and poetry competition at the Whitehall Centre, Whitehall Lane, Slade Green, from 2pm to 4pm.
There will also be a quiz night on Friday at the Falconwood Community Centre, The Green, Welling, from 7.30pm to 11pm.
