CROWDS in their thousands turned out for a Christmas extravanganza.
Jugglers, clowns and unicyclists were among those who helped transform Bromley's streets into a carnival of colour.
Others entertaining the masses at the Bromley Family Festival were the Haverettes Girls' Marching Band, Cooper School of Dance and Theatre Arts and the Roy Garman Strolling Jazz Band.
But all this was a warm-up for Sunday's main event, the parade through the streets and the switching on of the lights by the cast of the News Shopper-sponsored panto Aladdin at the Churchill Theatre.
This was followed by a spectacular roof top fireworks display.
Lynn Noble, chairman of Bromley Community Events Group said: "It was tremendous entertainment for the people of Bromley and stunning to see so many lining the streets."
