DEAF and hearing youngsters joined forces as part of a nationwide Big Sing event.
Pupils from Coopers Lane Primary School, Pragnell Road, Grove Park, took part in the event joining 2,000 schools and groups on November 5.
Specially composed by Alec Roth the song Each Day was used to celebrate the school's Total Communications Unit for profoundly deaf children, who sang the song alongside their hearing friends.
The purpose of the national event is to promote the value of singing in people's daily lives and to provide and fund resources to teach singing.
