BRITAIN'S first ever Football League substitute will be signing copies of his autobiography at a bookstore Keith Peacock picked up the title when he came on for Charlton Athletic's Mike Rose in their game against Bolton Wanderers on 21 August 1965.
Now assistant manager at the Premiership high-flyers, Peacock, who made 591 appearances on the wing for the Addicks after his debut in 1962, has released an autobiography charting his 50 years in the game.
He will be signing copies of the book, No Substitute, at Ottakar's, in the Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley, from 6.30pm on November 26.
