POLICE are linking two robberies which took place in the same road.
In the first incident, at 10pm on August 17, a 28-year-old woman was walking along Brookehowse Road, near the Randlesdown Road junction, in Catford, when a man snatched her handbag.
The next day, at around 10.15pm, an elderly woman fell to the floor after a robber pulled her handbag off her shoulder. She was treated for cuts to her face at Lewisham Hospital.
The suspect is described as white, in his early 20s, slim and with brown hair.
