A MURAL by an American artist has been unveiled at a new hospital.
Sam Mindrum-Logan was commissioned by Chislehurst Rotary Club to create a piece for the Princess Royal University Hospital.
The artist spent a month on the 8ft by 4ft mural, which includes lights.
It now has pride of place in the central diagnostic and x-ray unit.
Speaking before the official unveiling, hospital trust chairman Anthony Levy said: "This work of art has proved a real bonus here.
"Children and adults are fascinated by it and it provides a focus of activity and attention. I would like to thank the artist and the rotary club for this unique gift."
