A PENSIONER lay dead for two months before his body was discovered, a coroner's court heard.
Brian Locke, aged 69, of Dornberg Close, Blackheath, was found on March 10 this year.
His body was discovered by a housing official from Greenwich Council after neighbours reported nobody had seen him since the middle of January.
Police found him laying on the living room floor but on August 26, Southwark Coroner's Court heard a cause of death could not be found because the body was so badly decomposed.
The coroner recorded an open verdict.
