RAIL services were disrupted after a lorry hit a railway arch.
The vehicle dislodged masonry from the bridge over Surrey Canal Road, Deptford.
Trains running to and from London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street were suspended from 10.30am to midday on August 25.
And there were delays to other services throughout the day.
A South Eastern Trains spokesman said: "It's frustrating but we had to be sure it was safe to run services over the bridge."
