WORSHIPPERS are invited to bring their furry friends closer to God at a special church service.
St Giles' Church, Church Road, Farnborough, will hold its annual pet blessing service this Sunday.
Residents of all ages are welcome at the service, which starts at 10am, and a church spokesman said: "If people are not able to bring a pet, they could bring their children dressed up as animals."
Prizes are also up for grabs for the most "creative and interesting" headwear or costumes.
