Graham says ... I feel you need to lose weight for two reasons - health and happiness.

I sense you should just cut out certain foods such as bread, sugar, etc and eat heathy food, then exercise twice a day.

Also don't hold back from having fun as the happier you are the less you will eat.

You will notice a difference in two weeks, and be down to size in three months.

Graham says ... You boyfriend will come back in five months if you want him to at that time.

I feel you are more shy than him, and also a little more nervous about things. Try to relax more.

In the meantime don't hold back from another relationship as that will be the best stepping stone back to him.

He will learn to be more considerate.

I see a trip to London coming up later this year.
