A MENTAL health trust denied permission to set up a drug rehab centre will put its case to a Government inspector.

South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLAM) appealed Bromley Council's refusal for the centre in Edison Road, Bromley, earlier this year.

A planning hearing is scheduled for today when SLAM will make a case for turning St Paul's House, a former British Red Cross centre and shop, into a drug rehab and information centre.
