Children from Leapfrog Day Nursery were treated to a ride in a fire engine yesterday (Tuesday).
Reigate firefighters joined the little ones as part of a project on shops and services and spoke to them about the dangers of fire.
Charlotte Paddy, manager of the Lesbourne Road nursery, said: "Safety is of utmost importance to us at Leapfrog. This visit from Reigate Fire Station is an excellent way of getting across important fire safety messages."
