SHE'S back and she looks better than ever. Reporter DAN KEEL was more than happy to catch up with his favourite star in a bra.

LAST year Catford stunner Lauren Colfer shot to fame when she was chosen to front Brastop.com's lingerie range for the curvier woman.

Now, seven months into her blossoming modelling career, News Shopper has brought the 20-year-old back to your favourite website with some brand new photos.

She said: "It's been a very enjoyable few months and its definitely something I would love to carry on doing.

"The great thing about modelling is that it is not a nine to five job. It's a great thing to have on the side while you do something else full-time.

"I have had great fun with the other girls (models) and after some shoots my jaw hurt from all the smiling."

Lauren, who has five months left on her Brastop.com contract, added: "I think if I carry on modelling then underwear is as far as I will go. So don't expect to see me on page three of The Sun."

When asked if her new-found success has led to any unwanted attention from the opposite sex, she replied: "There have been a few messages on Facebook but most of them were positive.

"It just freaked me out a bit that one person in particular had actually tracked me down. But only one per cent of the messages have been out of order."

Lauren is proud of her work and believes it's important girls are confident with their own bodies.

She said: "You have to be proud of who you are and not just worry about what the media says is right and wrong.

"Newspapers often point out people's imperfections and it's really horrible. I don't want to be involved in all that."

Website brastop.com is now running another model search to find someone to replace Lauren for 2010/11.

She said: "With the increased media coverage of plus size models and the fashion industry split on the decision to use 'bigger' models, hopefully this will encourage women to get involved and have a go.

"Over the last two years we've had over 2500 entries from all over the UK, all looking to show how great their shapely figures can look in lingerie.

"The Star in a Bra search is looking to make real women modelling the norm, not just a novelty."

She added: "Brastop receives regular requests from curvy women who want to see how various lingerie ranges look on a fuller, more natural figure.

"Responding to this request, Brastop began the search for a Star in a Bra to give their customers exactly this – a true representation of how a bra fits and looks on a bigger bust."
