A 62-YEAR-OLD man has been given a police caution after engaging in sexual activity in a public toilet.
Officers caught the Biggin Hill man performing a sex act in toilets in Leaves Green Road, Keston.
After being arrested, the man fainted and was taken to the Princess Royal University Hospital suffering from chest pains.
After being released he was cautioned by the police.
Sergeant Katie Martin, head of the police’s Darwin safer neighbourhood team, said: "Anti-social sexual behaviour at these toilets has been a policing priority for my ward for some time.
“Such behaviour is deeply distressing to legitimate users of these public conveniences and will not be tolerated.”
