A Coffee Morning will be held on Saturday 20 March between 10am and 12 noon at Bromley United Reformed Church, 20 Widmore Road to raise money for Bromley older people's charity CarePlus.
Tickets cost £1 per person and the price includes your first cup of tea or coffee. Tickets are available to buy in advance or on the door.
With homemade cakes & preserves, bring & buy, a book sale, pre-loved toys and a raffle (with prizes donated from local businesses) the event will be the first of several regular fundraising events in the borough, raising funds for CarePlus. There will also be a CarePlus information point where people can find out more about the charity, sign up to get involved or simply register their details to get help.
A May Fayre is planned for 22 May and a further Coffee Morning, in the autumn.
